1. This warranty is valid in Malaysia only for this product and its accessory from the date purchase as follows:

  1. Transceiver – 12 months
  2. LCD – 6 months
  3. All accessories covering battery, charger, handsfree, memory card, USB cable – 3 months

2. The product will be repaired or replaced free of charge by Gomax Authorized service centers, if at their sole discretion, it is found to be faulty within warranty period.

3. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  1. Normal wear and tear
  2. Use other than in accordance with the operating manual
  3. Unauthorized service repair, alteration or modification being carried out by unauthorized parties
  4. Misuse, abuse, negligence, accident set dropped, or other acts which are beyond reasonable control of authorized service center
  5. Damage caused by fire, earthquake, flood, water or liquid corrosion, or acts of God
  6. Phone locked or security code

4. This warranty does not cover expandable items which includes:

  1. Housing
  2. Cover Housing/Keypad
  3. Pouch
  4. Screen Protector (if any)

5. This warranty will be null and void in any of the following events:

  1. If the serial number or warranty seal on the equipment has been altered or removed
  2. If any term contained in this warranty has been altered or modified in any way without the prior written consent of the Authorized dealer
  3. Request for replacement or repair within the warranty period without producing this warranty card and the original proof of purchase will not be entertained

6. This warranty does not cover poor performance due to bad reception or non-reception of hand phone signal as a result of blind spot or in areas of poor signal penetration.

7. G-Max communication Sdn Bhd reserves the right to add, delete or amend the terms and conditions at anytime and without prior notice.
